Unearth Capital Selects CSC Fund Services for Inaugural Fund

WILMINGTON, Del.—Unearth Capital Limited, a London-based investment manager has selected CSC Fund Administration (Ireland) as the fund administrator for its inaugural hedge fund, the Unearth Chrome Fund. The fund aims to achieve a superior total return strategy, providing exposure to the commodities' space, through a flexible and holistic approach to capture significant inefficiencies in this niche space.
Unearth Capital Founder and Chief Investment Officer Bruno Rodrigues spent the last 15 years at Capital Group as a partner with a focus on commodities and emerging markets. Prior to joining Capital Group, he worked at global mining company, Vale S.A., scouting for investment and merger and acquisition opportunities in the natural resources industry, based out of Latin America and Africa.
In selecting the service providers for the fund, Unearth Capital needed a combination of institutional quality service provision coupled with a flexible and responsive customer-focused service model. "We were looking for a unique blend of qualities in a fund administrator, both institutional in quality and at the same time nimble and flexible, and we found them in CSC," said Rodrigues.
